Day Rate Options starting at $650

  • ESSENTIAL 4-6 hours
  • SIGNATURE 6-8 hours 
  • LUXURY 8-10 hours 

Additional Fees

Food Cost: Client reimburses actual grocery expenses plus 15–20% sourcing fee

Travel Fee:

  • Within 20 miles: Included
  • Beyond 20 miles: $0.70/mile

Holiday Premium:

  • Add 25–50%

Special Diet Fee:

  • +$75–$150
  • Therapeutic, allergy-sensitive, vegan, gluten-free, anti-inflammatory, etc.

Enhancements

Optional additions include:

  • Signature SONA beverage pairings
  • Table styling enhancements
  • Custom menus
  • Additional service staff

Final pricing is based on guest count, menu complexity, service style, location, and event requirements. A custom proposal is provided following your inquiry.
